That is such a great collection of patterns! I would love to have my own collection. I know how to make patterns for regular sizes but I am clueless about plus sized patterns. Like they say in Hebrew “the shoemaker walks barefoot”.
Would love a chance at these patterns. I am doing some traveling in September and these series of articles really helped me visualize exact.y what I need to sew to create a working travel wardrobe capsule. The patterns would be perfect!!

I’m inspired my this series, but I’m not ready to shrink my wardrobe down to a capsule. However, the series has given me a lot of ideas about how to build my wardrobe in general and how to integrate my clothing better. I was also prompted to cull out unworn, damaged, or I’ll-fitting items. My wardrobe is a lot smaller, even if it isn’t quite capsule sized. Thanks CSC!!!!
I’m not sewing a capsule wardrobe exactly but I’m trying to increase my casual wear because I don’t work weekends anymore and now I don’t have much to wear.

I’d love to sew a capsule wardrobe – just haven’t found time between kids and work so far. But you’ve definitely helped me focus on developing one for work out of what’s in my closet, and thinking about addressing gaps thoughtfully.
I have really enjoyed this series of posts, while over these series of posts I’ve decided a traditional capsule doesn’t suit my needs – my wardrobe is very dress based. I’ve been working on it – sketching and Pinteresting like a madwoman. Finding a colour scheme has been the hardest so far, as I tend to go for black pretty much always! This selection of patterns looks perfect for the task.
i really want to sew a capuse for myself, i have a really hard time mixing and matching clothes, seems like i always have several items that nothing to go with. this idea seems like something that would help me fix my problem with orfphan pieces of clothing. i sure hope i get picked.

Actually I have been planning to sew myself a summer mini capsule. My summer wardrobe is almost non-existent and I know that going to stores will only leave me frustrated and empty-handed. I am thinking of a few skirts, a few tops – both knit and woven. I dont wear shorts and rarely wear pants in summer, so this in combination with a dress or two would serve me well. Those patterns look great.

I would like to sew a capsule wardrobe once I get my fitting issues solved. I tired of having lots of clothes in my closet but nothing to wear.
I fully embrace the idea of a capsule wardrobe. I hate picking out clothing to wear for work. If everything I had worked well together, dressing would be easier.
I’m just starting to review my options, but This Project is definitely going to happen!

I love a capsule wardrobe for making travel and packing so easy. I’m celebrating my 18th anniversary of being a breast cancer survivor with a special trip in November. I’ll be making a capsule wardrobe specifically with this trip in mind.

This series has been great in getting me to think about all of the unworn clothes in my closet and all of the benefits of sewing a capsule wardrobe – If I had one, I would get to actually wear all of the items that I put my time into making! 🙂

I love the idea of capsule wardrobes–grab any two items and you’re ready to go! I’m more of a “frosting” sewist, but I want to try adding more “cake” to my repertoire. It doesn’t get more cake than this!

I haven’t been interested in a capsule wardrobe because I love having such a varied selection of things to wear and I have many different types of occasions to dress for. But I will be starting a new job next week that will call for some travel. So, I’ve been thinking about making a capsule travel wardrobe with some reversible pieces to increase my options while still allowing me to only bring one carry on bag.
