Debbie grew up with a mother and grandmothers who all sewed, which meant she didn’t have to and never learned as a girl! She put her mother into near-shock by finally learning how to sew at age 39 and surprised herself too when she realized just how much she had learned from those women without even realizing it.
Today she works and lives in Tampa, Florida and shares a house with 1 of her grown sons, 3 dogs, 8 sewing machines, 100s of patterns, yards of fabric, and not nearly enough time for everything. Debbie makes most garments in her wardrobe but isn’t averse to a good find from a clothing store too.
Debbie blogs mostly about sewing at: Stitches and Seams
