I’d looked at Butterick 6261 in the catalog listings, but was afraid it might look too “maternity.” On the whole, I like Connie Crawford’s stuff, but I think her catalog photos often don’t do the pieces full justice. Cecile’s version is terrific! How nicely it skims the body, and how well it works with the dress! Off to buy the pattern now….

What a very attractive, well-made and varied collection of garments – few, if any, shops could achieve this range and this quality – and none would do so with as much pleasure and aplomb!
