A Plus Size Sewing Community
After standing on a needle in her Mum’s sewing room & ending up in hospital , Kristina was convinced sewing was both difficult and dangerous, so stuck to cooking and eating instead. Deciding 30 years was probably enough time to get over it, she spent four blissful Saturday mornings in 2014 learning the basics and hasn’t looked back. When not working as an accountant to pay for her fabric addiction, she spends time travelling with her husband & lifting cats off her sewing table. She still won’t walk into her sewing room in bare feet. She blogs at www.plumkitchen.co.nz.
